摘要
文化旅游具有个性突出、内容丰富、表现形式多样化、吸引力持续性强等特征，在今天的旅游发展中日益受到重视。伊犁河谷素有“塞外江南”之称，享誉海内外，以草原森林类资源为主。在文化上，伊犁河谷是哈萨克族等少数民族世代居住、游牧之地，他们长期的生产生活创造了独特的民族文化，为这片草原注入了灵魂。在追求独特性、地方性的今天，可以说草原文化旅游是河谷旅游的重中之重。本文首先探讨草原文化旅游的相关概念，然后结合伊犁河谷旅游发展现状，从旅游资源开发现状、客源市场开发情况、旅游接待能力建设等方面来探讨伊犁河谷草原文化旅游的发展现状，最后讨论其发展中存在的问题，发现伊犁河谷草原文化旅游资源开发文化核心不突出、差异化不明显，市场影响力不够，旅游基础设施建设较为完善，旅游接待设施则需进一步优化布局。同时，区域旅游形象、旅游目的地品牌个性也是今后旅游发展中的重点。
Cultural tourism has the characteristics of outstanding personality, rich in content and form diversification and strong and sust ＂amability attraction, and so on.It has been paid more and more attention with the development of regional tourism. The Yili river valley, known as ＂the Great Wall Jiangnan＂, enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad, mainly grassland and forest tourism resource. On culture, the Yili river valley is a place living generation forkazakand other ethnic minorities, their long-term production life created a unique national culture, and it is the soul for this piece of grassland. Today most tourism destinations pursue unique and local.grassland culture tourism is the key of the valley tourism. At first, this paper discusses related concepts of grassland culture tourism, and combining with the Yili river valley tourism development present situation, from the current situation of tourism resource development, tourist market development situation, tourism reception ability construction and so on to explore the development status of Yili Valley grassland culture tourism, finally discuss the problems existing in the development, found that Yili Valley grassland culture tourism resources development and cultural core is not prominent, the difference is not obvious, the market influence is not enough, the construction of tourism infrastructure more perfect, tourism facilities to further optimize the layout. At the same time, the regional tourism image, tourism destination brand personality is an important concern in the future tourism development.
