摘要
目的探讨护理工作在儿童笑气镇静下根管治疗术中的优势及问题。方法对39例笑气镇静下根管治疗术的儿童护理情况进行分析,并且比较四手操作组和自身对照独立组在每牙每次治疗时间和患者满意度的差别。结果在治疗过程中,经过四手操作培训的护士在根管预备、根管消毒和根管填充过程中及儿童心理护理方面都起到了不可缺少的作用。在儿童根管治疗过程中,用传统方法每牙每次治疗时间为(27.88±4.62)min;而采用四手操作方法每牙每次治疗时间缩短到(21.76±2.5)min。患者满意度评分也由传统方法的(71.53±6.54)分增加到(83.42±5.12)分。结论在笑气镇静下的儿童根管治疗术中应用四手操作可缩减治疗时间,提高工作效率,减少患儿痛苦,使患者满意度增加。
Objective To explore the advantages and problems of nursing work in pediatric patients with nitrous oxide sedation root canal therapy.Methods 39 cases of pediatric patients underwent nitrous oxide sedation root canal therapy were analyzed,and the differences of treatment time of each tooth and patient satisfaction between the four-handed operation treatment group and the self-control independent group were compared.Results In the course of treatment,nurses trained by four-handed operation played an indispensable role in root canal preparation,root canal disinfection,root canal filling and childrens psychological care.In the course of childrens root canal treatment,treatment time per tooth was （27.88 ± 4.62） min by traditional method,and was shortened to （21.76 ± 2.5） min by four-hand operation method.Patient satisfaction score also increased from （71.53 ± 6.54） to （83.42 ± 5.12）.Conclusion Four-handed operation can reduce the treatment time per tooth,improve working efficiency,increase patients satisfaction degree and reduce pain in childrens nitrous oxide sedation root canal therapy.
