摘要
目的通过回顾性分析,评估小儿肠镜对小儿肠息肉的疗效。方法回顾分析2010年1月到2015年12月在江门市中心医院儿科行小儿肠镜的肠息肉患儿30例。结果 30例患儿共发现并切除息肉37例。其中单发息肉26例,多发息肉4例。直肠息肉占40.5%,乙状结肠占45.9%,降结肠占5.4%,横结肠5.4%,升结肠、盲肠息肉2.7%。幼年性息肉31枚,炎性息肉3枚,腺瘤性息肉2,P-J息肉1枚。手术结果:30例大肠息肉的患儿,所有息肉均完整切除,共切除息肉37例,无1例出现穿孔、出血等并发症。所有患儿经小儿肠镜治疗后症状消失,术后随访3月,共随访26例(失访4例),术后无1例复发。结论小儿肠镜对治疗小儿结肠息肉疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of pediatric enteroscopy on the pediatric polyp through retrospective analysis.Methods By reviewing and analyzing the cases of 30 children with polyps who treated with pediatric enteroscopy from Jan.2010 to Jun.2015 in our hospital.Results 37 polyps were found and cut from 30 patient children in the case,26 patients of whom had a solitary polyp and 4 patients had multiple polyps,with 40.5% rectum polyps,45.9% from sigmoid colon,5.4% descending colon,5.4% transverse colon,and 2.7% asending colon and cecum polyps.And there were 31 juvenile polyps,3 inflammatory polyps,adenomatous polyps and 1 P-J polyps.37 polyps from 30 patients with colonic polyp were excised completely,without perforation and hemorrhage.All clinical symptoms disappeared after the operation.26 patients were given follow-up visit within 3 months,and no recurrence was found.Conclusion The method of using pediatric enteroscopy to treat children with colonic polyps has obvious curative effect,high safety and it is worthy of clinical application.
