摘要
目的探讨基于微信公众平台健康教育在全膝关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法选取某三级甲等医院全膝关节置换术患者110例,按随机数字表法将患者分为观察组(57例)和对照组(53例)。对照组接受常规的健康教育和电话随访,观察组在对照组基础上基于微信公众平台进行健康教育。观察比较出院当天2组患者对健康教育满意度,并在出院后1个月、3个月、6个月时评价2组患者的膝关节功能评分。结果观察组患者健康教育满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);出院后1个月、3个月和6个月时,2组患者膝关节功能评分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组膝关节功能恢复均优于对照组。结论基于微信公众平台进行健康教育可提高患者对医护人员健康教育的满意度,促进全膝关节置换术患者膝关节功能康复。
Objective To explore the effect of We Chat-based health education on patients with total knee arthroplasty. Methods A total of 110 patients with total knee arthroplasty from a third-level first-class hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=57) and control group(n=53). Patients in control group received routine health education and follow-up by telephone, while those in observation group were given additional We Chat-based health education. Patients ' satisfaction with health education at discharge was investigated and patients ' knee functional score in two groups were compared 1 month, 3 and 6 months after discharge. Results Patients in observation group were more satisfied with health education, which indicated statistical significance(P<0.01). Patients' knee functional score of observation group and control group was indicated statistical significance 1 month, 3 and 6 months after discharge, patients in observation group recovered better than those in control group( P <0.05).Conclusion We Chat-based health education is beneficial to the improvement of patients ' satisfaction with health education and the promotion of the rehabilitation of total knee arthroplasty patients, which is worthy of promoting.
