摘要
针对现有带压作业设备在高压油气井开发中存在的承载和承压能力不足及安全性和可靠性差等问题,创新研制了新型独立式带压作业设备,开展了卡瓦无损加载技术、高压密封控制技术和多点精确控制技术等方面的研究。新型独立式带压作业设备在南美地区油气田已顺利完成17口井带压作业,作业井最深达4 267 m,井底最大压力30.2 MPa,最大提升载荷840 k N,设备提升速度0.8 m/s,下压速度0.8 m/s,全套设备安装时间13.5 h,完井后拆装搬家时间7.5 h。该设备实现了大吨位油气井带压作业设备的系列化和国产化,有效提升了我国石油装备研发及制造能力。
To address the issues of current snubbing unit applied in high pressure oil and gas wells like insuf-ficient load bearing capacity and pressure bearing capacity, poor safety and reliability, the slip non-destructive loading technofogy, high-pressure sealing controf technofogy and multi-point precise controf technofogy have been studied. A new type of stand-alone snubbing unit has been developed thereby, achieving serialization and localiza-tion of large tonnage of oil and gas wells snubbing device, effectively enhancing China,s oil equipment R & D and manufacturing capacity. The newly developed unit has completed snubbing operations in 17 wells in South American oil and gas fields,with the maximum operation depth of 4 267 m,the maximum bottomhofe pressure of 30. 2 MPa, the maximum lifting load of 840 kN,the lifting speed of 0.8 m/s ,the pushing speed of 0.8 m/s ,the full device installation time of 13. 5 h and disassembly time of 7. 5 h.
