国产精细控压钻井系列化装备研究与应用 被引量:15

摘要 针对国内深部复杂地层普遍存在的窄密度压力窗口控制难题,形成了具有独立知识产权的PCDS-Ⅰ、PCDS-Ⅱ和PCDS-S系列化精细控压钻井装备。高端PCDS-Ⅰ型装备井底压力控制精度0.2 MPa;中端PCDS-Ⅱ型装备实现了模块化设计,自动识别外部设备工况,工艺工况自动匹配;低端PCDS-S型装备达到了低成本安全、优化钻井作业的要求。针对不同需求可进行不同控压装备组合,在欠/近/过平衡控压钻井工艺自由转换,并实现9种工况、4种控制模式和13种应急转换的精细控制。现场应用结果证明:该系列装备与技术有效提升了油气勘探发现率,大幅延长了水平井水平段长,提高了单井产量,降低了钻井复杂度,对带动国内钻井装备制造技术进步具有重大意义。 To address the drilling issues caused by the narrow pressure window widely encountered in domes-tic complex deep formation, PCDS- Ⅰ, PCDS- Ⅱ , PCDS-S three series of accurate managed pressure drilling e-quipment with independent intellectual property rights have been developed. The bottomhofe pressure controf preci-sion of high-end equipment of PCDS- Ⅰ is 0.2 MPa, which reaches the international advanced level of similar products. Middle-end equipment of PCDS-H adopts modular design, which can automatically identily external e-quipment condition, and achieve automatic matching of the technofogy and working condition. Low-end equipment of PCDS-S meets the requirements of low cost, salety and optimized drilling operation. The MPD technofogy and e-quipment can combine dillerent equipment according to dillerent application requirements, and allow lreely switch between under-balanced pressure, near-balanced pressure, over-balanced pressure MPD technofogy, and provide accurate controf in 9 kinds of conditions, 4 controf modes and 13 emergency switches. Field applications have prov-en that this series of equipment and technofogy could ellectively enhance the oil and gas exploration and discovery rate, signilicantly extend horizontal section length, improve the single well production, and simplily the complex drilling. Thus, it is of great signilicance to promote the domestic drilling equipment manulacturing technofogy.
