摘要
目的探究呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)毛细支气管炎患儿外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Treg细胞)及IL-4、IFN-r、IL-17的水平变化及意义。方法收集临沂市人民医院收治的66例呼吸道合胞病毒毛细支气管炎患儿(其中轻症组40例、重症组26例)及30例同期非感染疾病患儿为对照。采用流式细胞术检测患儿的外周血Treg细胞及ELISA法检测血清IL-4、IFN-r、IL-17的水平。结果 RSV毛细支气管炎轻症组与重症组患儿外周血Treg细胞水平较对照组显著降低,且重症组Treg细胞水平低于轻症组,结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05);RSV毛细支气管炎重症组和轻症组患儿血清的IL-4、IL-17水平与对照组相比,均有显著上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清IFN-r水平与对照组相比明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RSV毛细支气管炎患儿外周血中Treg水平以及血清IL-4、IFN-r、IL-17浓度改变,可能是RSV毛细支气管炎发作的重要免疫因素。
Objective To explore the changes in the levels of CD4＋CD25＋ regulatory t cells （Treg cells）, IL-4, IFN-r and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the children with bronchiolitis caused by respirato- ry syncytial virus （RSV）. Methods The data of 66 children with RSV bronchiolitis treated in Linyi City People＇s Hospital （including 40 mild and medium cases and 26 severe cases） and 30 healthy children in the same period were collected. Flow cytometry was used to detect the Treg cells in peripheral blood in children and ELISA was used to detect the levels of IL-4, IFN-r and IL-17. Results The levels of Treg cells in the peripheral blood of the patients with mild and severe RSV bronchiolitis were both significantly lower than those of the control group, and the levels of Treg cells of the patients with severe RSV bronchiolitis were significantly lower than those of the mild group（ P〈 0.05）. Compared with the control group, the levels of serum IL-4 and IL-17 in both the mild and severe RSV bronchiolitis groups increased significantly（ P〈0.05）. The Serum levels of IFN-r decreased significantly in the RSV bronchiolitis group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The changes in the levels of Treg cells, IL 4, IFN-r and IL-17 in the peripheral blood of the children may be the immune factors of RSV bronchiolitis.
