不同退火温度对LG780HC冷轧钢带组织性能的影响

Influence of Different Annealing Temperatures on Microstructure and Properties of LG780HC Cold Rolled Strip

摘要 采用马弗炉对试验钢进行不同温度的退火试验,结合金相、电镜观察及拉伸试验,研究了退火温度对莱钢LG780HC冷轧钢钢带组织和性能的影响。结果表明,退火温度在640℃以上时,随着温度的升高,试验钢屈服强度和抗拉强度逐渐降低,延伸率逐渐增加;试验钢退火后横向强度比纵向强度稍高,延伸率反之。 Annealing tests at different temperatures were carried out on tested steel with muffle fur-nace. The influence of annealing temperature on the microstructure and properties of LG780HC cold rolled strip produced by Laigang was studied in combination with metallographic inspection, electron microscope observation and tensile test. The results showed that when annealing temperature was over 640T!, with the increase of annealing temperature, the yield strength and tensile strength of the tested steel decreased gradually but its elongation increased gradually. The lateral strength of tested steel after annealing was slightly higher than longitudinal strength; the case was on the contrary for elongation.
