摘要
以天津荣程联合钢铁集团唐山特种钢有限公司炼钢厂小方坯连铸机的T型中间包为研究对象,通过ANSYS软件对原方案的中间包以及优化方案的中间包的流场、温度场及湍动能分布情况3方面进行数值模拟。对比分析数值模拟结果表明,优化后的中间包钢液流动更加活跃,湍动更加强烈,有利于钢液成分的混合以及中上部夹杂物的上浮,顶部温差更小。
Taking T style tundish at the billet caster of Steel-making Plant, Tangshan Special Steel Co., Ltd., Tianjin Rockcheck Joint Iron & Steel Group as study object, value simulation was carried out with ANSYS software on the flow field, temperature field and turbulence energy distribution of tundish in original and op-timized plans. Results from value simulation by comparison and analysis showed liquid steel in optimized tundish flew more actively with more intensified turbulence, which was favorable for steel composition mixing and the floating of inclusion at upper and middle part with less temperature difference at top.
