摘要 为了优化航班时刻分配,提高航班计划编制、审批工作的科学性和效率。在航班计划方案在预期实施环境下,分析流量和流向对容量影响重要性,提出基于流量和流向考虑解决航班计划合理性,研发航班时刻评价系统,实现全国空域各扇区流量情况分析、空域时间节点流量分析、新增航班时刻评价与优化。对2014年的夏秋季航班时刻的某周一北京至上海增加航班时刻申请进行评估,新增航班申请中将有6架航班导致空域中某些扇区超容,系统给予新的建议时刻。优化结果表明,系统能为科学分配航班时刻提供参考依据的量化辅助决策方案,有利于提高航班时刻分配决策的准确性和效率。 To optimize the time allocation of the flight and improve the scientificity and efficiency of flight plan preparation, and approval, the ra-tionality of flight plan based on air traffic flow and direction is proposed with the flight plan, carried out within, schedule. The flight schedules evalu-ation system is designed to analyze the traffic flow in various sectors and time node flow, and to evaluate and optimize the new flight schedules. Af-ter the assessment of new flights from Beijing to Shanghai in the Summer and autumn, flights in 2014, six of the new-added flights led to overflow of some sectors. The system suggest the new flight time. The results of optimization, show that the system can provide reference for scientific allo-cation of flight time so that it's beneficial to improve the accuracy and efficiency of decision making.
