摘要
近些年来,国内对生鲜牛乳产品的消费需求迅速增长,而频频出现的食品质量安全问题也使得生鲜牛乳产品的安全问题倍受人们关注。虽然政府有关部门和业界都采取了多种措施对生鲜牛乳产品的质量安全问题进行了监管,但由于传统生鲜产品供应链的自身缺陷,导致生鲜牛乳产品的质量安全问题仍然不容小觑。笔者提出了基于电子商务的生鲜牛乳产品社区订单式供应链,其在几个方面具有优势:通过将数量大、规模小的分散农户集约成规模大、能力强的自营或签约的生产基地保证了生产环节的安全;缩短流通环节及全程冷链运输系统保证了流通环节的质量安全;及时配送和环节精简保证了销售环节的质量安全;消费者的全程参与和双向信息流通保证了消费环节质量安全;供应链集约化保证了生鲜牛乳产品的可追溯性。
In recent years, the domestic consumption of products made by raw milk is growing rapidly. The safety of products made by raw milk has drew more attention because of the frequent food safety issues. Although the relevant departments of the government and industry have taken various measures to regulate it, the quality of raw milk products still can,t be underestimated due to the defects of the traditional fresh product supply chain. This paper presents the community ordering chain of products made by raw milk based on electronic commerce. By combining a large number of small, scattering farm units, then the safety in producing can be ensured. By shortening the circulating time and cold chain transportation, no worries about circulation will occur. Besides, timely delivery and process streamlining can guarantee the safety onto sales. Customers, participation and double influx information can ensure the quality in consuming. Intensifying and aggregating supply chain can confirm the traceability of raw milk and so on.
