摘要
基于新媒体背景下如何提升学生的营销能力展开讨论,分析高职院校新媒体营销人才培养的价值所在,提出了提升学生新媒体营销能力的四大路径,即:加大教师新媒体营销能力培训力度,提升教师新媒体应用能力;优化专业课程设置,构建新媒体知识体系;强化学生实践活动,提升学生运用新媒体营销能力;创新教学方法,提高新媒体营销课程教学效果。
The paper discusses how to foster students' Marketing Ability and analyzes the value of cultivation on marketing talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of New Media with the aim to explore four ways to improve the marketing ability. The first is to enhance the training and strengthen teachers' application ability of new media,the second is to optimize the professional course design and construct the knowledge system of new media,the third is to increase the students' practice and improve their marketing ability of using new media,and the last is to innovate teaching methods and promote teaching effects on new media marketing.
