摘要
创新创业教育是为了培养具有创新意识和创业精神的人才,以此来满足经济社会的需要,提高教师自身素质是满足创新创业人才培养需求的关键。应从提高教师专业素养、扩大教师队伍来源、完善评价机制等几方面加强教师的继续教育工作。
Innovation and entrepreneurship education is to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in order to meet the needs of the economy. And enhancement of a teacher's quality is the key to satisfy the education of innovation and entrepreneurship. The paper proposes some suggestion to attach more importance to the further education of relevant teachers. They are to improve the teachers' professional accomplishment,expand the teaching staff and perfect the evaluation mechanism.
