摘要
[目的]观察萧氏双C护理理念联合专科创新护理在经口气管插管清醒病人中的应用效果。[方法]选择2016年4月—2016年6月和2016年7月—2016年9月接受经口气管插管的清醒病人各41例作为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用萧氏双C护理理念联合专科创新护理对病人实施干预,干预后对两组病人舒适度和护理满意度进行比较。[结果]观察组干预后舒适度评分和护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用萧氏双C护理理念联合专科创新护理对经口气管插管清醒病人实施干预,可提高病人的舒适度和护理满意度。
Objective：To observe the application effect of Xiao double C nursing concept combined with specialist innovation nursing in orotracheal intubation in awake patients.Methods： A total of 41 cases of patients with tracheal intubation in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2016 were selected as control group and another 41 pa tients from July 2016 to September 2016 as observation group.The patients in control group was given routine nursing, the patients in observation group on the basis of routine nursing by Xiao double C nursing concept of joint training innovation nursing intervention on patients.After the intervention,the comfort and nursing satis- faction of two groups of patients were compared.Results：In the test group,the scores of the patients＇ prognosis and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： The Xiao double C nursing concept innovation of nursing intervention on the implementation of joint training orotracheal intubation in awake patients can improve patients＇ comfort and nursing satisfaction.
