摘要
新型城镇化已经成为我国新时期的国家战略。新型城镇化需要巨大的资金投入,传统的投融资模式难以满足其巨额的资金需求,建立一种稳定长效的新型投融资机制势在必行。本文以我国新型城镇化建设的资金供求关系为研究切入点,深入分析新型城镇化进程中的资金供求矛盾及其深层次原因,提出构建财政、金融、社会资本"三位一体"协调发展的新型城镇化投融资机制等的方法和对策。
New-type urbanization has become a national strategy of China, which demands heavy fund investment. While, the traditional of finance and investment system can no longer meet the fund demand. Therefore, it is indispensable that a new investment and finance mechanism, which is supposed to be steady and long-acting, should be established. The entry point of this essay is the current relationship of contradiction between demand and supply of fund in the new-type urbanization of China. The essay goes further to analyze the deep-seated cause of the aforementioned relationship of contradiction. Last but not the least, the policy suggestion to develop a trinity of fiscal, finance, and social capital as well as a sustainable and harmonious investment and finance mechanism in the new-type urbanization of China is likewise proposed in this essay.
