摘要
公民生态教育是传播生态知识,弘扬生态文化,培养公民生态意识、生态道德、生态价值观、生态责任,培育和提升公民生态素养和生态修为的教育实践活动。阐述了我国公民生态教育的意义、发展现状及面临的困境,重点论述了要围绕学校、家庭、社会,构建我国"三位一体"的公民生态教育理论框架及创新路径,建立健全生态教育的体制机制,全面提高公民生态软实力,为建设美丽中国奠定坚实的人力资源基础。
Citizen ecological education is a practical education activity of disseminating ecological knowledge, promoting ecological culture, cultivating the citizens＂ ecological consciousness, ecological ethics, values and responsibility, cultivating and enhancing the citizens＂ ecological literacy and ecological cultivation. The paper discusses the ecological significance of ecological education in China, the present development status and difficulties, focuses on the construction of the ＂Trinity＂ of the ecological education theory and innovation path around the school, family and society, aiming at establishing and improving the institutional mechanism of ecological education, improving the ecological soft power of citizens and laying a solid foundation of human resources for the construction of beautiful China.
