摘要
内置式永磁电机的极槽配合影响电机的磁路结构与绕组分布,在电机的设计过程中,选择合适的极槽配合可以提高电机的转矩性能。文中利用相量图说明了空载特性与输出转矩的关系,分析了极槽配合对空载特性的影响规律。以分数槽的极槽配合建立了分别采用集中绕组与分布绕组的四种二维模型。利用有限元计算方法,得到空载气隙磁密与反电势波形、额定条件下的输出转矩情况。结果证明极槽比为5/6的整数倍时,电机的空载特性与转矩性能得到了改善,性价比得到了提高。
Magnetic circuit and winding distribution are influenced by pole-slot combination of IPMSM, and torque characteristic can be improved by selecting an appropriate pole-slot combination. This paper discussed the connection between the characteristics in no-load condition and output torque by vector diagram, ana- lyzed the laws of no-load characteristics influenced by pole-slot combination. Four 2D models were built with fractional slots concentrated winding and fractional slots distributed winding. By finite element method, waveforms of air-gap flux density and back-EMF in no-load condition, torque characteristic in rated condition were obtained. And the results proved that no-load and torque characteristics were improved if poles/slots were integral multiple of 5/6, and cost performance of IPMSM could be better.
