摘要
对国内十余家医院及同类院校进行专家调研与访谈,开展专家论证会,确定静脉用药调配课程校本教材的框架与实训室的设计原则,在此基础上进行该课程的开发和实践。该课程在开发及实施中注重课程设置与工作岗位紧密结合,进一步扩大学生的就业领域,为学生创造更好的就业机会。
Based on the interviews with experts in a dozen of hospitals and colleges and the discussion in expert workshop,the framework of teaching and learning materials of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture course and principles of lab design were determined,which was followed by course development process.The practical skills for future jobs was emphasized in the course syllabus with the aim to expand job prospects and create better job opportunities for students.
