摘要
学生党员是高校毕业生中的先进分子,有着普通同学不具备的优势和特点,在就业群体中有着较高就业能力和就业稳定性。通过对学生党员就业优势的分析,为做好大学生就业工作提出了有益的参考。
＂Three agriculture＂ need a large number of high-skilled talents. Student party members are the outstanding group in agricultural colleges＇ students and they are favored by the employing units in the course of employment for their professional knowledge, organizational and coordinated ability, and high comprehensive quality. In this paper, the author analyzes the advantages of the employment of student party members.
