摘要
伴随经济新常态,我国农业经济的增长方式、农产品的供求及农民收入的路径等都产生了新变化,出现了诸多新问题和矛盾。解决农业发展困境的根本途径就是提高农业生产的技术水平,创新农业科技服务体系。通过分析我国及农业科技服务体系的基本情况、体系结构及主要特征,可以找出现有的主要问题,从而有针对性的提出完善农业科技服务体系的对策建议,更好的为"三农"发展服务。
With new economics growing, new changes and problems have been emerged in a new mode of agricultural economics in China. Fundamental way for agricultural development is the innovation of agricultural science and technology service system. In the paper, the author analyzed the basic situation of agricultural science and technology service system and put forward some accordingly.
