摘要
简要论述了东风新星车辆有限公司轿车车身厂废水处理的工艺改进,通过增加前处理设备等工艺调整,减少源头污染。新建污水处理站,保证出水水质。通过此次工程技改的实践,使车身厂废水稳定达标排放,为南水北调水源地保护贡献力量。
This paper briefly discusses the improvement of wastewater treatment process of car bodywork of Dongfeng Xinxing Vehicle Co.,Ltd.,in which pollution is reduced from the source by adding pretreatment equipment. New sewage treatment station is built to ensure water quality. Through the technical reform in this project,the wastewater discharged from the factory is reduced down to the standard and remains stable,which contributes to the protection of the water source of the South to North Water Diversion project.
