摘要
目的探讨无创血流动力学监测在慢性心力衰竭评估中的应用价值。方法选择20142016年荣成市石岛人民医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者106例，在给予心功能评估和脑钠肽（BNP）测定的基础上进行无创血流动力学监测，评价其观察指标与心功能分级和BNP水平的关系。结果不同心功能分级和BNP水平下，无创血流动力学监测指标差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在心力衰竭患者中，无创血流动力学监测具有良好的应用价值，与心功能分级及BNP水平等常规临床观察指标具有高度的一致性。
Objective To discuss the application value ofnon-invasive hemodynamic monitoring in the evaluation of chronic heart failure. Methods One hundred and six cases of patients with chronic heart failure in Shidao People＇s Hospital of Rongcheng from 2014 to 2016 were selected. They were given non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring based on the evaluation of heart function and brain natriuretic peptide （BNP） testing, and the relationship between the indexes of observation and heart function and BNP level was evaluated. Results The differences between observation indexes of non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring in different status of heart function and BNP level were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In patients with chronic heart failure, the non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring has good application value and is coincident to routine clinical indexes such as heart function and BNP level.
