摘要
针对高转速下PBX径向大变形测试的问题,设计了专用测量装置,采用同一电涡流传感器对圆环状PBX模拟材料0~12000r/min转速范围的对应转速及径向位移进行了测试,得到该材料径向位移与转速的关系,并针对试样环实验数据进行了分析。结果表明,随着转速的增加,该材料的径向位移成线性增长,最大值超过0.9mm。
Aiming at the problem with measuring the radial deformation of PBX at high rotation speed, a special device was designed for measurement. For the rotational speed varying from 0 to 12,000 rpm, corresponding radial displacements of a circular ring PBX material were tested by the same eddy current sensor simultaneously. Relationship between the radial displacement and rotational speed of the material thus obtained, and the experimental data was analysed. Experimental results show that, with the increase of rotational speed, displacement of the material increases linearly and the maximum reaches 0. 9mm.
