摘要
湿法料浆气化技术的制浆原料来源广泛,除煤样外,还包括多种有机废弃物。从湿法制浆原料多元化的角度出发,简要介绍了传统水煤浆体系的研究现状,并对废液料浆、废固料浆、废液-废固料浆等新型料浆体系进行分类总结,同时提出了在未来新型湿法料浆体系的发展中,必须着力解决助剂、制浆技术、不同属性物料粒度分布等问题。
The pulping raw material of wet slurry gasification technology derives from a wealth of sources,including not only coal but also lots of organic wastes. From the viewpoint of pulping raw material diversification, the paper briefly introduces the research status of the traditional coal water slurry system, classifies and summarizes the new slurry system such as waste liquid slurry and waste solid slurry, and also puts forward that problems including the additives, pulping technology, particle size distribution of materials with different properties, and the grading ratio of grinding equipment must be solved in the future development of the new slurry system.
