摘要
对进口焦煤和国内优质主焦煤进行了性能指标对比,结果表明,多尼尔焦煤和马维斯焦煤为低灰、低硫、中等挥发分、较强黏结性的中等煤化程度主焦煤,其G值、Y值、b值较低,结焦性较差,在炼焦配煤中,只能作为二类甚至三类焦煤使用。利用300 kg焦炉进行了配煤炼焦实验,结果表明,多尼尔焦煤和马维斯焦煤可以替代目前使用的莱克沃焦煤,配比为16%~18%,3种进口煤相互替代,可提高采购进口煤的竞争性,达到降低成本的目的。
The property index of imported coking coal and domestic high quality coking coal was compared in the paper. The results showed that Dornier coking coal and Mavis coking coal were medium-rank coals,which had low ash and sulfur,medium volatile matter and strong caking. And the values of G,Y and b were low and coking property was poor. These two imported coking coals could only be used as Class II or even Class III coking coals in the coal blending for coking. The experiment in 300 kg coke oven showed that Lake Vermont coking coal that is currently used could be replaced by imported Dornier coking coal and Mavis coking coal,with the proportion of 16%-18%. The substitute method of 3 imported coals could improve the competitiveness of buying imported coals and reduce the production cost.
