摘要
目的探讨中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果。方法选择2015年1月~2017年1月于我院治疗的240例肺炎患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将所有患儿分为两组,每组120例。对照组采用常规治疗,在此基础上观察组加用中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗。连续治疗1周后,比较两组患儿的治疗效果及各症状消失所需时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各症状消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与单纯西药治疗小儿肺炎相比,加以中药穴位贴敷辅助治疗能显著提高临床疗效,加快患儿的疾病转归速度,缩短治疗时间,且治疗期间并未出现明显的不良反应,是一种安全、高效的治疗手段,值得临床广泛应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application with Chinese medicine in adjuvant treatment of infantile pneumonia.Methods 240 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were divided into two groups by random number table,and there were 120 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment,on this basis the observation group was added acupoint application with Chinese medicine.After one-week continuous treatment,the curative effects and disappearance time of symptoms between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%,which was significantly higher than 76.67% of control group （P〈0.05）.The disappearance time of symptoms and hospital stays of observation group were shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with simple western medicine in treatment of infantile pneumonia,acupoint application with Chinese medicine can significantly increase clinical efficacy,accelerate disease outcome and have no obvious adverse reactions during treatment.It is a safe and efficient treatment method, which is worthy of wide clinical application.
