摘要
利用双向滴加法、正向滴加法以及反向滴加法制备了一系列催化剂,考察了不同滴加方式对Zn-Co双金属氰化物催化剂性能的影响。采用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对催化剂的晶体结构进行了研究,并利用环氧丙烷(PO)与CO_2的共聚反应对催化剂性能进行考察。结果表明,双向滴加法制备的Zn-Co双金属氰化物催化剂结晶度最低。在共聚反应中,该催化剂作用下的聚合产物相对分子质量为1097,与设计值相近,且聚合物链上碳酸酯基团的摩尔分数达到17.53%,高于另外两种催化剂。
A series of Zn-Co double metal cyanide catalysts were prepared via parallel flow dropping method, forward-dropping method and reverse-dropping method. The effects of preparation methods on the properties of cata-lysts were investigated. The structure properties of the catalysts were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-1R). Copolymerization of propylene oxide (PO) and CO2 was performed to evaluate the catalytic performance. The results showed that DMC-1 prepared by parallel flow drop-ping method had the lowest crystallinity. 1n the copolymerization reaction, polyether carbonate polyol with the mo-lecular weight of 1097 were synthesized in the presence of DMC-1, close to the design value, with the mole fraction of carbonate groups on polymer chains as high as 17. 53%, higher than the other two polymerization products.
