摘要
目的研究Mir-217在胃癌中的表达及与临床病理间的关系。方法回顾性研究q RT-PCR检测58例胃癌组织和22例癌旁胃黏膜组织中Mir-217的表达;q RT-PCR检测不同分化程度的胃癌细胞株中Mir-217的表达。结果Mir-217在胃癌中的表达明显低于癌旁组织中的表达(P<0.05);Mir-217的表达水平与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05);Mir-217在低分化胃癌中的表达水平低于高分化胃癌,在有淋巴结转移和远处转移胃癌患者中低于无转移的胃癌患者(P<0.05);低分化人胃癌细胞株BGC-823中Mir-217表达水平低,中、高分化人胃癌细胞株SGC-7901、MKN-28中Mir-217表达水平高(P<0.05)。不同分化程度胃癌细胞株中,Mir-217表达水平差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌中Mir-217表达低于癌旁胃粘膜组织,低分化胃癌组织和低分化胃癌细胞中Mir-217的表达低于高分化胃癌组织和高分化胃癌细胞,Mir-217可能与胃癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To study the expression of Mir-217 in gastric cancer and the relationship with clinical pathology.Methods Gastric cancer tissues of 58 cases and in gastric mucosa tissue adjacent to carcinoma of 22 cases, were detected by q RT-PCR to detect the expression of Mir-217. The expression of Mir-217 in different degree of differentiation of gastric cancer cell lines was detected by q RT-PCR. Results The expression level of Mir-217 in gastric cancer was significantly lower than the adjacent expression（P〉0.05）. The expression levels of Mir-217 had no relation to age, sex（P〈0.05）. The expression level of Mir-217 in poorly differentiated stomach cancer was lower than in the high differentiation of gastric carcinoma, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis in gastric cancer patients was lower than without metastasis of gastric cancer patients（P〈0.05）.In the poorly differentiated patients Mir-217 expression level of gastric cancer cell line BGC-823 was low, and Mir-217 expression levels was high in high differentiation of gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and MKN-28（P〈0.05）. The expression level of Mir-217 of gastric cancer cell lines in different differentiation degree also had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Mir-217 expression in gastric cancer is lower than in gastric mucosa tissue adjacent to carcinoma,the expression level of Mir-217 in poorly differentiated stomach cancer tissue and low differentiation of gastric cancer cells is lower than the high differentiation of gastric cancer tissue and high differentiation of gastric cancer cells, Mir-217 may be associated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.
