摘要
为了保证不同地区特色的酥饼的传统特色风味口感,大都仍然采用落后的手工制作方式,产量低、生产成本高。随着我国传统文化的继承和发扬,层酥类食品的市场和产能将进一步提升,层酥类食品自动成型装备的发展已经成为必然趋势。目前市场上还没有自动成型的成套生产设备,大多是单机设备,只能满足生产过程中一项或几项工艺需求,并不能实现全套设备自动化生产,市场上对全套设备自动成型机械的需求越来越迫切。
Speciality food in different regions, still making by hand. The yields are low and the cost is high. The inheriting and carrying forward of traditional culture cause to the improve of the market and produc-tion. The development of automatic forming equipments for layer food is inevitable. Complete production equip-ments are not exist at present. The single unit equipment can only ment one or more requirements, still can not ment all of the requirements. There is increasing needs for complete production equipments.
