摘要
对礼盒自动开箱机整体结构的阐述和工作原理的分析,并对整机的传动系统进行了详细的分析与推导,得出了各传动部件之间传动比关系表达式。论证了其自动化程度高、低耗能、低故障率、生产效率高等特点。
This article firstly studies the integral structure and working principle of the automatic carton e-rector for gift box,secondly gives a specifically analyses and guidance on the machiners transmission system, thirdly gives a conclusion of relational expression of transmission ratio between each transmission parts. By u-sing the new designed operation method of case erecting machine, it achieves features and advantages of high automation, low power consumption, low failure rate and high efficient production.
