摘要
通过分析我国投标阶段工程造价控制的现状,从招投标决策、投标设计、招投标过程三个阶段,探讨了招投标阶段的工程造价控制策略,从而实现企业经济及社会效益的最大化。
Through the analysis on the current situation of engineering cost control in China5 s bidding phase, from the bidding decision, bidding design, bidding process three stages, discussed the engineering cost control strategy of bidding phase, so as to realize the maximization of enter-prise economic and social benefits.
