稠油油藏降黏剂注入过程乳化机理可视化实验研究 被引量:1

Visualization Investigation of In-Situ Emulsification Process During the Injection of Viscosity Reducer for Heavy Oil Reservoirs

摘要 针对稠油降黏剂的乳化机理,进行可视化实验研究。利用微观孔隙级热采可视化物理模拟装置,借助图像采集系统,观察稠油在降黏剂体系注入过程中就地乳化而生成乳状液滴的过程。降黏剂与稠油界面之间的张力及降黏剂经高温降解的降黏率可作为热采用降黏剂的筛选指标。在低界面张力及驱替流体的扰动作用下,附着的剩余油与玻璃微珠表面间的润湿角逐渐变小直至剥离,同时剩余油被包裹成O/W型乳状液滴在多孔介质中运移,提高了稠油的流动能力。乳状液滴在多孔介质中的运移机理可归纳为表面吸附机理、单个乳状液滴卡堵喉道机理和多个乳状液滴叠合缩径机理。 This paper focuses on the visual experimental study according to emulsification mechanism of viscosity re-ducer for heavy oil. Based on pore - scale visualization equipment and with the help of an image acquisition sys-tem ,the in - situ emulsification process was replicated and the pore - scale transportation mechanisms of emulsion droplets in porous media were studied. The results showed that the viscosity - reduction rate and IFT could be used as indexes to evaluate the performance of viscosity reducer under high temperature tolerance. Under the combina-tion effect of low IFT between viscosity reducer and heavy oil as well as the disturbance of the injected liquid, the oil attached on the surface of glass bead was gradually peeled off and was formed into 0/W emulsion droplets flow-ing in porous media. This was beneficial for improving oil fluidity. The migration mechanism of emulsion droplets in porous media mainly consists of capture - plugging based on single emulsion droplet and superposition - plugging and annulus - plugging based on multiple emulsion droplets.
