风力发电机锥型塔筒结构在风场中的风压分布数值模拟 被引量:2

摘要 以内蒙古自治区白云鄂博风电场1.5MW锥筒型风力发电机为原型,利用ANSYS软件建立了切出风速、暴风风速两种工况下锥筒型风力发电机的三维风场模型,通过CFD数值模拟计算出风流经风力发电机时沿锥型塔筒高度方向纵断面和最大风压横断面的风压分布情况;在分析塔筒周围风压系数、体型系数的基础上获得了风压沿塔筒高度方向的分布规律,提出了塔筒风压体型系数的建议取值,该研究成果可为风力发电机支撑结构体系的革新与工程设计提供一定的参考. Taking the 1.5MW cone cylinder type wind generator in Baiyunebo of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region wind farm as a prototype, the 3-D wind field model of the cut out wind speed and strong wind speed was established by using ANSYS software, and the distribution of wind pressure along the height of the vertical section and the maximum wind pressure in the longitudinal section of the cylinder height when the wind come through the tower were calculated by CFD numerical simulation. Based on the analysis of the pres- sure coefficients and the shape coefficient, the distribution of wind pressure along the tower height direction was obtained, and also the recommend value of the tower shape coefficient was given. The research results can provide a reference for the reform and engineering design of the structure system of wind power generator.
