摘要
针对公路正交异性连续钢箱梁桥,以适用于工业化生产为目标,运用模块化原理对箱梁纵、横向的标准化设计进行了探讨。在标准化设计的基础上,对采用标准件的正交异性桥面板进行参数分析,结果表明加劲肋的刚性与横隔板间距有着密切关系;基于梁格法引入了有效宽度系数来简化分析剪力滞与局部稳定对箱梁承载能力的影响,解决了设计人员在新老规范过渡期进行标准化设计时遇到的计算工作量大、分析效率低的问题。
In order to make the orthotropic continuous steel box-girder highway bridges realize in- dustrialization production, modularization principle was used to research the standardized design in longi- tudinal and transversal direction. On the basis of standardized design, the result which was drawn by the parameter analysis of orthotropic steel deck shows that the diaphragm distance are closely related to the ri- gidity of stiffening ribs. Based on the grillage method, coefficient of effective width was introduced to sim- plify the analysis of effects on the bearing capacity of steel box-girder which were caused by shear lag and local stability. During the transition period between new and old specifications, this new method will solve some problems, such as large artificial calculation and lower efficiency.
