摘要
在普通双筒减振器基础上,从减振器总成结构入手,基于液压阻尼原理,提出两种改变减振器伸张行程极限位置阻尼特性的液压限位结构,介绍其工作原理,并对两种结构下的阻尼特性与普通双筒减振器阻尼特性进行对比分析。分析结果表明,提出的两种汽车悬架减振器总成结构在活塞杆拉伸到极限位置时,减振器的伸张阻尼力都会产生突增,且随着活塞运动速度的增加而增加,有效缓解了零部件受到的刚性冲击,提高了汽车行驶平顺性。
On the basis of ordinary double cylinder damper, two damper assembly structures that improving damping characters in limit position of promotion process are proposed. Their working theories are introduced and damping- displacement characters are anglicized. The results show that above shock absorber assembly structures can produce matched damping character within the normal stretching range. And the damping character can increase with speed when the piston rod is stretched to the limit position, which will have beneficial for vibration attack relieves and ride comfort improving.
