摘要
为探明不同品种烟草的钾吸收特性,对农大201、豫烟6号和K326在不同供钾水平(高钾水平5mmol/L,低钾水平0.15mmol/L)下进行砂培试验,研究其植物学特性、干物质总量和根系发育情况。结果表明:各品种在高供钾水平下生长情况均优于低供钾水平;ND201和Y6对K^+的亲和力明显低于K326,最大吸收速度则明显高于K326;低钾条件下K326具有很强耐胁迫能力,充足供钾条件下ND201和Y6对钾有较强的富集能力。
To study potassium absorption characteristics of different varieties of tobacco, three tobacco varieties of ND201, K326 and Y6 were employed in sand culture under different potassium levels (high level 5 mmol/L, low level 0. 15 mmol/L), then the botanical characteristics, total dry matter and root growth were studied. Results: Growth of all cultivars with high potassium supply level was better than that with low potassium supply level. K+ affinity of ND201 and Y6 were significantly lower than that of K326, and the maximum absorption rate was significantly higher than K326, under low potassium condition, K326 has strong stress resistant ability, under sufficient potassium condition, ND201 and Y6 have very strong enrichment ability of potassium.
