摘要
为降低V微合金化HRB400钢筋的生产成本,采用V-Cr复合微合金化技术研制低成本HRB400钢筋,分析V-Cr微合金化配比对钢筋性能与组织的影响。结果表明:V-Cr微合金化方法可得到HRB400钢筋,按W(V)=0.01%、W(Cr)=0.1%的复合组分,得到的钢筋力学强度、塑性和抗震性表现较佳,为理想的低成本HRB400钢筋成分配比。
In order to reduce the production cost of V microalloyed HRB400 rebar, low cost V-Cr HRB400 was researched by V-Cr composite micro-alloying technology. The effects of V-Cr microalloying ratio on the properties and microstructure of the rebar were analyzed. The results show that HRB400V rebar can be obtained by V-Cr microalloying method. Under the composition ratio of the composite components of W(V)=0.01%, W(Cr)=0.1%, the mechanical strength, plasticity and anti-seismic property of the obtained rebar is better, which is the ideal low-cost HRB400 rebar composition ratio.
