摘要
分析某电厂M701F燃气轮机组在相邻主变送电时跳闸原因。通过对燃料阀开度、IGV与旁路阀开度、主变送电历史数据、故障录波数据与模拟有功功率变送器数据进行分析,发现燃气轮机跳闸与变送器及其采用的互感器存在暂态测量误差,相邻主变送电时运行机组有功功率测量值发生跳变有直接关系。为此,提出了修改TCS(DCS)的有功功率采样逻辑对策,解决了相邻主变送电过程中运行机组跳闸问题。
The reason of M701F gas turbine tripping during power delivery operation of neighboring main transformer is analyzed. By analysis of the fuel valve opening, IGV and bypass valve opening, power delivery history data of main transformer, fault recording data and analog active power transmitter data and so on, It is found that the tripping of the gas turbine has direct relation with the transient measurement error in the transmitter and its transformer and with the jump of measured value of active power in the operating unit during the power delivery of neighboring main transformer. Therefore, countmeasures of modifying TCS (DCS) active power sampling logic is proposed which solves the operating unit tripping problem during the power delivery process of neighboring main transformer.
