摘要
依据交流异步电机的直接矢量控制原理,采用MPC5643L单片机设计一种新型新能源电动车交流异步电机控制器。阐述了其工作原理、硬件组成及软件设计方案,深入分析了按转子磁链定向的矢量控制方法。该控制器通过对控制器母线电压和交流异步电机三相电流采样、A/D转换后,利用MPC5643L快速运算能力对数据进行CLARK、PARK变换,计算转子磁链位置,然后进行逆PARK、逆CLARK变换,得出IGBT控制信号,得出该控制器具有运行稳定、可靠、效率高等特点。
This paper designs a new energy electric vehicle controller for asynchronous motor using MPC5643L.The paper expounds detailed its working principle,hardware composition and software design scheme according to the rotor flux oriented vector control method.The controller based on the busbar voltage and ac asynchronous motor's three phase current sampling,A/D conversion,calculate the rotor flux position using MPC5643L fast operation ability through CLARK,PARK transformation,then reverse PARK,reverse CLARK transformation,It is concluded that IGBT control signals.
