摘要
平面交叉口是城市道路交通网的重要枢纽点,也是交通事故的主要发生地点。对平面交叉口的安全状态进行评估,进而找出其存在的问题并制定相应的安全改善措施是提高交叉口安全水平的有效途径。通过分析平面交叉路口交通安全的影响因素和视频信息在交叉口安全状态评估中的作用,确定评估指标及标准。最后建立评估模型评定交叉口安全状态。
The grade-intersection is the very important junction of the transportation network,where most of traffic ace dents.It is an effective way to improve the safety level of the intersection by evaluating the safety condition of the grade-it tersection and proposing the specific improvement countermeasures according to the factors which may lead to accident The evaluation indexes and standards are determined by analyzing the factors effected intersection traffic safety and tr role of video information in the safety state evaluation, of intersection.
