摘要
机器视觉(Machine Vision)就是用机器代替人眼做测量和判断。为了达到提高汽车发电机部件自动装配线系统的可靠性,稳定性及提高自动化程度的目的,我们引用了机器视觉技术。其主要用于检测零件的外形尺寸,防止零件的错装、漏装、零件位置放置不对或放置不到位等问题,在系统设备中起到防错功能,以达到提高产品装配质量的目标。
Machine Vision is a technology which is to use machine to do measurement and judgment instead of human eyes.In order to achieve purposes of improving the reliability,stability and automation of automatic assembly line system for parts of automobile generator,Machine Vision technology is used in this paper.It is used to measure outline dimension of parts to prevent parts from omitting and assembling wrongly,as well as to avoid problems of placing parts in wrong or im- proper position.
