颜面部烧伤的治疗与并发症的预防 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨颜面部烧伤病人不同治疗方法的临床效果 ,寻求最佳的治疗途径。方法 :通过临床 15 16例颜面部烧伤病人 ,均实行烧伤湿性医疗技术 (行MEBT/MEBO)治疗 ,分别于不同时期、不同部位选择不同方式 ,协同给药 ,有效保证创面湿润暴露疗。结果 :15 16例烧伤病人 (其中合并眼睑烧伤 76 0例 ;耳廓烧伤 318例 ;鼻部烧伤 1319例 )的治愈时间 5天~ 19天 ,手术植皮治愈 2 9例 ;眼睑面部遗留浅表性瘢痕 32例 ;耳廓部分坏死畸形 3例 ;耳软骨炎 16例 ;并发症发生率 6 0 %。结论 Objective: To investigate the efficacy of different methods for treating facial burn and to find out the best treating approach. Method: 1516 cases of facial burn were treated with MEBT/MEBO using different methods at different stages and on different positions. Results: All the patients (760 cases complicated by eyelid burn, 318 cases by ear auricle burn, 1319 cases by nose burn) were healed in 5 to 10 days. 29 cases were subjected to skin grafting; 32 cases healed with residual superficial scar, 3 cases with partial necrotic disfigure of the auricle and 16 cases with ear chondritis; the total incidence of complication was 6.0%. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO was effective for promoting facial burn wound healing and reducing the incidence of complication.
