摘要
目的:了解上海某三甲医院文员岗位职工工作满意度现状,为进一步完善管理方式提供科学依据和建议。方法:对明尼苏达职工满意度量表(MSQ)及相关文献中的量表进行改编,对该院文员岗位职工进行问卷调查,采用likert 5点法计分。结果:文员岗位总体满意度得分为3.91分,为比较满意;不同年龄文员岗位职工的总体满意度差异具有统计学意义。结论:进一步完善配置数量测算、薪酬晋升等配套政策将有助于提升文员岗位职工满意度,实现医、患、院等多方共赢。
Objectives: To investigate the job satisfaction in clerks in a top tertiary hospital in Shanghai to give scientific evidence on further promoting hospital management. Methods: Revised Minnesoda Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ) and other questionnaires in relevant literatures were adopted. The measurement tool used Likert 5 scale. Results: The entire satisfaction score was 3.91. Job satisfaction appeared to be significantly different among the groups of diverse age. Conclusions: Improving support polices including allocation, salaries and promotion is considered to help increasing job satisfaction in clerks and achieving multi-win-win situation.
