摘要
分级诊疗是国际上先进且成熟的就医模式。湖北省武汉市洪山区梨园社区卫生服务中心依托武汉市武昌医院开展了3年的分级诊疗试点工作,取得了一定成效。通过对梨园社区卫生服务中心紧密型医联体分级诊疗实践经验的总结,探讨现有医疗卫生体制下实行医联体分级诊疗的可行性及存在的问题,从而探索社区卫生服务中心分级诊疗的实践方案。
Hierarchical healthcare system is the mature visiting mode in many foreign countries. Wuchang hospital Liyuan community health center, as a healthcare alliance, has carried out Hierarchical healthcare for 3 years. Based on the experiences of this, the feasibility and problems of Hierarchical healthcare system in healthcare alliance under healthcare system have been discussed to give reference for implementing hierarchical healthcare system in community health center.
