摘要
医药健康APP通过对医疗资源配置的调整,以用户体验为着眼点,提供更多的可能性,从另一个角度影响着医疗行业的发展,但也存在着诸多隐患。通过借鉴国外医药健康APP监管的经验,以监管角度为出发点,通过制度化来规范医药健康APP的服务和行为,明确其相应的边界和程度,进行必要的监督监管,从而更好地为百姓提供医疗服务。
Healthcare and medicine APP extends the boundary of the medical resources, optimizes the distribution of the medical resources. It not only brought great convenience to the user and healthcare industry more opportunities, but also had many hidden risks. By using the experience of foreign regulation of mobile medical APP, in view of regulation, a new system to standardize the regulation of medicine and healthcare APP service is needed to better provide healthcare for the people.
