摘要
以多个实际工程为背景,从基坑支护、基坑工程和构造、建筑、建筑设备方面,分析了超高层住宅建筑的建设成本以及与高层住宅的差异;从机电设备的日常运行费用、日常维护保养费用及各项设施的更新改造费用3个方面分析了超高层住宅建筑与高层住宅建筑相比运营成本的差异。
This paper analyzes the construction cost of high-rise residential building and the difference from high-rise residential building from the aspects of foundation pit support, foundation pit engineering, construction, construction and construction equipment.
