摘要
单味中药及有效成分单体对癫痫试验研究甚多,如平肝熄风之钩藤、天麻、全蝎、蜈蚣、僵蚕,活血化瘀之川芎、姜黄、丹参、莪术、银杏叶,补虚之灵芝、青阳参、刺五加,疏肝理气药之柴胡,开窍之石菖蒲,利水渗湿之茯苓等,均证实有抗癫痫和抗惊厥作用,主要通过电生理调节、阻滞大脑皮层神经元L-型钙通道、抑制海马兴奋性神经元和激活海马抑制性神经元、升高或降低大脑内相关化学物质表达等作用实现。
