摘要
[目的]观察平肝调脂方联合西药治疗高血压合并高血脂疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将58例住院及门诊患者按就诊顺序编号方法简单随机分为两组。对照组29例缬沙坦,80mg/次,1次/d,口服;硝苯地平,30mg/次,1次/d,口服。治疗组29例平肝调脂方,决明子、首乌各20g,生山楂、桑寄生、赤芍、茯苓各15g,夜交藤、丹参、牛膝、钩藤各30g,杜仲、黄芩、天麻各12g,益母草25g,水煎500mL,1剂/d,早晚温服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗3个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、血压、三酰甘油、胆固醇、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程(6个月),判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效13例,有效14例,无效2例,总有效率93.10%;对照组显效8例,有效11例,无效10例,总有效率65.52%;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。收缩压、三酰甘油、胆固醇两组均明显改善(P<0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01),舒张压治疗组明显改善(P<0.01),对照组无显著变化(P>0.05)。[结论]平肝调脂方联合西药治疗高血压合并高血脂,疗效满意,值得推广。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of the combination of fiat liver and regulating fat formula and Western medicine in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipemia. [Methods] 58 patients were randomly divided into two groups by random parallel control method. The control group of 29 cases of valsartan, 80 mg/times, 1 times/d, oral; nifedipine, 30 mg/times, 1 times/d, oral. The treatment group of 29 cases of Pinggan Tiaozhi decoction, cassia seed, Radix 20g, hawthorn, mistletoe, red peony root, Poria cocos 15g, Polygonum multiflorum, salvia, Achyranthes root, Uncaria 30g, eucommia bark, baikal skullcap root, Gastrodia 12g, motherwort Decoction 500mL, 25g, agent/d, sooner or later the clay; westernmedicinewiththeco ntrolgroup. Continuous treatment for 3 months for the 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, blood pressure, three acyl glycerin, cholesterol, adverse reactions. Continuous treatment for 2 courses （6 months）, to determine the efficacy. [Result] 13 cases were markedly effective, 14 cases were effective, 2 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 93.10%; the control group was 8 cases, 11 cases were effective, 10 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 65.52%. The treatment group was better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Systolic blood pressure, three acyl glycerin, cholesterol two groups were significantly improved （P 〈0.01）, the treatment group than the control group improved better than the control group （P〈0.01）, diastolic blood pressure treatment group significantly improved （P〈0.01）, the control group had no significant change （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The treatment of hypertension with high blood fat and high blood fat by the combination of liver and blood lipid and Western medicine is satisfactory, and it is worth popularizing.
