摘要 随着电动汽车VEG模式的提出,大功率非车载充电机以其快速安全充电的特点得到广泛的应用。文中提出的300 kW检定系统解决了大功率充电机现场实负荷检定的难题。系统中直流比较仪采用多种屏蔽技术,在充电机集中建站强电磁干扰下,精度仍保持在10 ppm的水平,为大电流测量提供可靠测试数据;采用LabVIEW软件进行软件设计和数据处理,为非车载充电机电能计量量值溯源和检测提供依据。通过测试数据对比分析,最后提出将充电机计量单元放置充电机直流侧进行公平结算的建议。 With the proposal of VEG mode of electric vehicles, the large power off-board charge has been widely used owing to its safe and fast charging features. The 300 kW verification system is figured out to cover full range calibra- tion of large power vehicle charger in real-load. DC comparators which provide reliable test data for large current measurement through adopting a variety of shielding techniques to maintain the accuracy still at 10 ppm level under strong electromagnetic interference in centralized station. LabVIEW is applied for software design and data processing. The verification system provides the foundation for energy metering traceability of off-board charger. Finally, through the contrast data and statistical analysis, the proposal that energy meteorology unit should be placed in charger DC side is put forward to achieve a fair settlement.
