摘要
针对当前电能表自动化检定流水线设备检修频率的制定缺乏科学依据的现状,综合计及设备的可靠性以及重要性,提出了检修优先级系数的概念,给出了其计算公式,并基于检修优先级系数,建立了求解设备最佳检修频率的数学模型。通过算例分析,验证了该最佳检修频率求解方法的有效性。同时,分析结果表明该方法对流水线运维检修人员有重要的指导作用。
According to the current situation, the establishment of maintenance frequency of automatic verification pipeline equipment in electric energy meter, which is lack of scientific basis, considering the importance and the reli- ability of the equipment, the concept of the maintenance priority coefficient is proposed, as well as its calculation for- mula. Based on the maintenance priority coefficient, the mathematical model of optimal equipment maintenance fre- quency is established. Meanwhile, the case study indicates that the algorithm is effective. And result also shows that the algorithm is an appropriate tool for operational maintenance staff.
